• Adding heat insulation to the roof
• Installation of heating system-floor heating
• Construction of the heat recovery ventilation system
• Construction of of the water and sewage system
• Reconstruction of the staircase
• Interior decoration of apartments
• Construction of parking lot
• Drilling and installation of the house supporting piles
• Installation of the load-bearing structures of the house
