Balti Vara Ehitus OÜ is the largest and most experienced main contractor in Estonia, offering comprehensive contracting in the reconstruction of apartment buildings. We provide our clients with efficient and sustainable solutions for saving energy and improving living environment. We have operated in Estonia for 18 years and as a main contractor, reconstructed more than 300 apartment buildings.

In 2008, Balti Vara Ehitus and its subsidiary Eesti Soojustusprojekt OÜstarted to offer a design service in order to save our clients’ time and energy, and to make ordering of the entire reconstruction as convenient as possible. Within our development project katusekorrused.ee, we provide our clients with an opportunity to reconstruct their houses by building out attic spaces. In order to achieve energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, we need innovative products. For that purpose, we launched the cooperation project green2050.ee involving cooperation with enterprises that provide the best products and solutions in the construction sector for protecting the environment.
