The following works resulting in energy efficiency have been performed:

Adding heat insulation to the facade
Adding heat insulation to the roof
Reconstruction of the heating system
Construction of the heat recovery ventilation system
Reconstruction of the water and sewage system
Reconstruction of balconies
Replacing doors and windows
