COMPREHENSIVE   RECONSTRUCTION

The following works resulting in energy efficiency have been performed:

• Adding heat insulation to the facade
• Adding heat insulation to the roof
• Reconstruction of the heating system
• Construction of the heat recovery ventilation system
• Reconstruction of the water and sewage system
• Installation of new loggia railings and sliding glass
• Replacing doors and windows
• Reconstruction of entrance halls
• Reconstruction of electrical systems
• Insulation of the foundation and plinth
• Construction of ramp and stairs
• Installation of solar panels
