COMPREHENSIVE   RECONSTRUCTION

(40% grant from SA Kredex )

The following works resulting in energy efficiency have been performed:

  • Adding heat insulation to the facade
  • Adding heat insulation to the roof
  • Reconstruction of the heating system
  • Construction of the heat recovery ventilation system
  • Reconstruction of the water and sewage system
  • Reconstruction of loggia and installation of sliding glasses
  • Replacing doors and windows
  • Reconstruction of entrance halls
  • Reconstruction of electrical systems
  • Installation of solar panels
