The following works resulting in energy efficiency have been performed:

• Adding heat insulation to the facade
• Adding heat insulation to the roof
• Reconstruction of the heating system
• Construction of the heat recovery ventilation system
• Reconstruction of the water and sewage system
• Reconstruction of balconies/loggia
• Replacing doors and windows
• Installation of solar panels
• Setting up the automatic fire detection system
• Renewal of the electrical system (lighting fixtures, switchboard, part of wiring)
• Building new lifts
• Construction of the firefighting pipe system
• Building awnings to loggias and entrances
• Renovation of outer staircases, incl. disabled access ramps
